Located in the historical and cultural center of Baltimore, Hotel Revival overlooks the gardens of Mount Vernon Place. SM+P renovated the existing 14-story building. The entire project, from the ground floor entrance reconfiguration to the rebuilding of the rooftop, has been carefully coordinated with the Commission for Historic and Architectural Preservation and the National Park Service to secure historic tax credits that were essential to the project’s success. The hotel boasts boutique accommodations in each of its 105 rooms, unique dining and lounge spaces, and a completely new rooftop bar and lounge. From inside this elegant, new glass and steel enclosure, guests will have magnificent views of the George Washington Monument and the entire city beyond. Interior design collaboration with SLDesign.
